In 1877, Kumajiro Kataoka from Kyoto came to Kumamoto and established a
Gyu-nabe（牛鍋）restaurant called Kamogawa（加茂川）. We offer carefully selected meats and other ingredients mainly from Kumamoto. By providing high-quality food from our reliable business partners, we maintain our traditional taste.
